IDEAA is a Tampere-based design practise offering architectural and interior design services for both new build and renovation projects. Our services covers both sketches and building permit drawings. Additionally, we provide 3D modelling and visualisation.As a partner in IDEAA collective, my objective is to identify the optimal functional and visual solutions for my clients' specific housing and space requirements. My expertise lies in creating practical environments that enhance daily life with aesthetically pleasing designs that serve a purpose.

Working as a micro-entrepreneur offering design services to individuals and companies under the IDEAA brand. The name of my company was derived from the initials Souru+Riikka+Architecture, but it also holds significant meaning due to my roots in South Ostrobothnia. In the Ostrobothnian dialect, "soria" signifies beauty and harmony, which are essential values in architectural design.

TAMPEREEN ARKKITEHTUURI JA DESIGN – TAD RYTAD ry on 2019 toimintansa aloittanut tamperelainen arkkitehtuuri- ja muotoilualan toimijoiden yhdistys, joka järjestää koulutuksia ja opetustoimintaa, seminaareja ja tapahtumia, mm. Tampereen arkkitehtuuri- ja designviikkoa. Yhdistyksen tavoitteena on ylläpitää ja kehittää arkkitehtuurin ja muotoilun välistä yhteistoimintaa, tiedotusta ja koulutusta sekä edistää laadukkaan arkkitehtuurin ja muotoilun edellytyksiä Tampereella, Pirkanmaalla ja koko Suomessa. Päämääränä on verkostojen kehittäminen, arkkitehtuurin ja muotoilun monipuolisen näkyvyyden edistäminen sekä Tampereen kiinnostavuuden lisääminen erityisesti nuorille arkkitehdeille ja muotoilijoille.TAD ry on Tampereen arkkitehtuuri- ja designviikon pääjärjestäjä.

Agency-hired employer in ABB addressed to customer project based purchasing for the needs of the Motors and Generators factory in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki. Monitoring and reporting about the deliveries, schedules and quality. Communicating about the accuracy and security of supply with the production management, sourcing and suppliers. Devoloping the procurement process together with the team.

Performing the public procurement tendering for the City of Tampere goods and service purchasing needs. Preparing the requests of quotations together with the supply contract users from different administrative units representing the City of Tampere. Public announcements about the calls for offers, comparing the received offers and preparing the public resolution documents.

Project and developing tasks in youth employment services development project. Collaboration with potential employers, financial administration and reporting for the project funding quarter.

Thesis work about implementing welding and handling robot stations for educational use. Collaboration with partner companies and institutes, financial administration and reporting for the project funding quarter.

Participating development tasks in Lokotrack test drive team. Full-time for the summer 2008 and part-time along with the engineering studies.
