Maintenance and development of information systems, project expertiseI've worked in the maintenance, development and project tasks with several information systems of the Ministry of Interior, mostly for the National Police Board. My work ranged from administrative tasks (e.g. contracts, public procurements, budjeting) to specific technical tasks (e.g. SQL database queries, system installations).One of my main tasks was the developing maintenance and project coordination for the system of automatic road safety (LVS). I was responsible for the system functionality, supplier and customer co-operation, application changes, implementations, documentation, end user ServiceDesk level 2 support and user training during 4,5 years. Some of the projects I've participated in:- Specifications and testing for the POOL project (collaboration between Police and the Administration of Justice)- Application and integration specifications, design and testing for the Government security network project (TUVE)- Specification of the application changes for the administrative reform projects of the Police (PORA I and PORA III)- Integration specifications for the projects of the Finnish Transport Safety Agency (Trafi)
