Development of data management, processes, instructions and forecasting related to material management. I described, mapped and visualized the process of receiving goods. Description also included instructions on SAP usage regarding different transactions related to the receiving.I also got to know inventory process and helped during warehouse inventory by inserting calculations into masterdata and creating instructions for future needs (e.g. usage of handheld scanners).To be able to understand and debug used tools, I learned how to use Microsoft Access and supported teams with problems of using already existing databases.I supported the team picking components and production set items by creating list of orders to be picked as well as providing necessary information of components from product BOMs and inventory. I also lead creating common rules for production leaders and picking, so that all know how the process flows smoothly.I provided training and tips using O365 and other digital tools. This helped decrease the amount of paper prints and working more effectively remote.
