I was responsible for two development/marketing projects of acoustic products/concepts, where I quite independently or together with AD office or our marketing department did all marketing materials like presentations and web pages. I was member of a new Innovation matrix team as representative of my own division. The team created and implemented a whole new way of working to collect ideas and innovations from all company workers and to boost innovative and creative atmosphere to all levels from management to blue collar workers. I was responsible for preparing and implementing marketing plans, budgets and strategy for all divisions in Finland. I planned and prepared marketing campaigns using printed brochures/leaflets and advertisements, digital marketing, Google Adwords, YouTube, social media and radio advertisements. I was also either responsible for or closely involved in international project launches, including planning, preparing and implementing all materials needed from brochures to totally new web portal. I organized press conferences about new product innovation and wrote or published several press releases of different subjects and areas. I took care of internal communication, crisis communication and customer campaigns and events in Finland, as well as sponsorship agreements where I also created a new sponsorship model for the company. In 2012-2013 I was a team leader of four person team consisting of product managers and account coordinator. Even before that I was managing the same group in an international web renewal project. I was leading a team of five persons (district managers and customer service coordinator) with very good feedback from my subordinates, both face-to-face and in anonymous surveys. I was responsible for sales results of acoustic products in Finland and managed to grow the sales volumes but still keep the product profitability in a great level. For that I had to plan, implement and monitor both the strategy and budgeting of our team. I started new business with our biggest subcontractor and was also a lot involved in creating new business model for dealers in Finland. Both models are still in use with good success.I was in contact with our customers daily, either by phone, e-mail or customer visits. I was responsible of yearly negotiations and agreements of our key customers, but also made project based offers and gave consultation and counselling of our products and acoustics/noise reduction in general. Additionally to sales, I was also responsible for marketing plans and implementations for my products, consisting for example writing brochure content, website and intranet site development and update, CAD images update and acoustic tools development. I was also organizing and participating to different customer events and trainings, and for example one of speakers in company's Road shows up to 100 customers. I was involved in a new way of co-operation with R&D and product development, and was also creating new products together with our customers and designers.
