As Chief Executive Officer of the Community Health Commission of Missouri (CHCM), I lead efforts to advance equity-centered, trauma-informed care by fostering partnerships between communities and systems to drive meaningful and sustainable change.With over 20 years of experience in public health, I specialize in building bridges between local communities and healthcare systems to dismantle inequities and create pathways for accessible, just care. My expertise includes cultural competence, stigma reduction, and integrating behavioral health into primary care.I hold a BA in Political Science from Loyola University Chicago, an MSW from Washington University in St. Louis - where I was a Bettie Schroth Johnson Women in Leadership Scholar - and I'm currently pursuing a PhD in Political Science at the University of Missouri - St. Louis.At CHCM, we believe that the key to eliminating disparities lies in authentic collaboration.
