As the primary PM consultant in an Production Line Extension Project, successfully improved the operational efficiency of a Truck factory by extending the existing SAP PM infrastructure to a separate Production Line for glass manufacturing unit. The extension was carried out following the SAP Activate Methodology. Key responsibilities held:• Analyze and prepare the solution for their business process adhering to SAP Best practices and Activate Methodology.• Conduct workshops to understand business user requirements and organize solution walkthrough sessions to help the business understand and accept the solution.• Prepare solution design documents and test scripts.• System configuration based on the requirements.• FRS preparation and testing.• Organize UAT sessions and end user training.• Gathering Master data and cleansing.Once the production line implementation was over, I was offered with multi-plant T&M support role owing to my stronghold in customer handling. I'm currently providing on-site support for three plants on a rotational basis. Key Responsibilities:• Supporting the business to run the process smoothly and tackle the issues in Plant Maintenance and Quality Management (Calibration).• Functional Support to business in terms of in-person assistance to their PM and Quality processes.• System configuration changes based on business requirements.• FRS preparation and testing.• Organize UAT sessions and end-user training.• Attend overall SAP status managerial meetings organized by the business.• Overall SAP PM Support to all 3 plants by visiting every plant on a rotational basis.
