Since fall 2019 I have worked at Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services (CMAAS) group at PwC. Before that I worked as an auditor at PwC 20 years and passed Authorised Public Accountant (KHT) exam at 2004.In my current position in CMAAS I have gained experience in IFRS and managing Capital Markets projects. I have consulted several Main list IPO’s, First North IPO’s and other Prospectuses (merger, bond issue) as well as few clients in Pro forma - financial information compilation.Except for working in statutory audits, as auditor I have been involved in IFRS conversion and IPO projects, as well as several mergers, demergers, acquisituons and disposal projects in my previous clients. I have experience in coordinating group audits in several international publicly listed companies applying IFRS as well as smaller companies, associations and foundations. I have experience of reporting client management and audit in companies in the constructing, project sales, pulp, telecommunications, car sales, insurance and publishing industry.In addition to client work I have years of experience from running group administration as supervisor and have also experience in training.
