- Define the product strategy, roadmap, and prepare backlog expressing prioritized features.- Strong communication and negotiation skills to bridge gaps and align objectives between design, engineering, marketing, sales, customer support, and end-users.- Translate product strategy into requirements for prototyping and analyzing for potential pain points. - Create product strategy documents that develop and translate business use cases into executable user stories.- Identify KPIs used to inform the product roadmap and measure success to drive product iteration.- Oversee product lifecycle management from ideation to release planning and launch.

Responsibilities:- Develop and own a streamlined process for effective and improved QA processes.- Manage Mobile (iOS/Android), Desktop OS (Windows/Apple) and Web apps manual testing through UI, functional, integration, e2e, regression, acceptance, load, PVT testing and API test automation through python and Postman. - Design specific Test plans and cases built through user stories, focusing on functionality, and performance.- Perform regular website audits to analyze and identify potential issues .- Introduce new tools, paradigms and infrastructure to bring Automated QA to a Continuous Validation capability in a CI/CD culture.- Manage cross-functional team collaboration through Agile methodology between devlopers, product managers, key stakeholders and other relative teammates.- Tools: Postman, Python(Pytest), Clickup, Charles, Notion, Swagger.

-Automate the base structure of all microservices.-Documentation of testing techniques specific to said microservices.-Manage production, ad hoc and integration Issues.-Manage sprint tasks within team.-Participate in various scrums and managerial meetings.

Tasks include:-Creating test cases and test scenarios.-Document all the case results with related logs for reproduction.-Testing APIs, internal flows, and their communication between the frontend and the database.-Perform regression testing post deployments.-Perform functional and performance tests.-Deploy services/applications to various environments.-Coordinate with DevOps team to ensure project completion on time.-Participate in daily scrum meetings.

The internship helped me acquire not only the work-related knowledge but also gave me an insight into workplace environment.
