Based on the shipment details provided, contact appropriate carriers to obtain Airfreight. Negotiating rates with A/L’s.Sending Quotation to Overseas offices and customers. Booking the shipment with A/L. (Online & Mail Request) Executing MAWB through Calogi, Sky Cargo and in house system (Control) Processing Export Custom Bill. Sending Pre-alert to clients and destination team. Follow up with A/L’s and make sure the shipments departed as per booking. Billing the file as per agreed rates / quotation and handover file to invoice dispatching team.Co-ordination with Shipper and Consignee for all modes of Export and Import shipments.Collecting DO from Airport counter and sending notification to Customers and releasing DO for Import shipments.Customs Clearance of shipments and arrange delivery of shipment to customer W/H.Updating delivery details in-house system on daily basis and keep a track on all shipments.Follow up with GHA for CDR and apply Pre-claim process with concern Airline for shipments having discrepancy.Preparing SLI, Customs Exit for export shipments.Completing customs inspection, submitting customs exit for refund of duty deposit.(5% of invoice value)Providing Monthly volume report, including profit for both export and import shipments to management.
