Month end activities: Analyzing AR statements (preliminary and Final) and preparing necessary accruals to avoid any inter company imbalance.2. AP statements: Preparation of AP statement on first working day of every month.3. Reconciliation of AP/AR accounts: Performing reconciliation, variance analysis, clearing open items and uploading to share point.4. AP Processing: Invoice processing (Expense related invoices) and creating adjustment documents. 5. Remittance Details: Pulling out payment details for each vendor and doing a part level matching for material transactions and sending to vendors. 6.
