• The management, collaborative design and development of new programs and services • Working with all other units to successfully implement new programs and services.• Evaluation of new programs and services, ensuring alignment with organizational program strategy to address Cerebral Palsy cases in India.• Government liaison• Program Development Public, Private/ Trust Hospitals and Program Partners• Identify and track relevant upcoming program development opportunities – through advance partner relationships, and other available resources.• Conduct prospecting visits to different locations to identify and prepare for upcoming program opportunities.• Work closely with the Government and different departments like MOH, NHM, RBSK, Medical Education etc. to maintain a good relation and work culture in the program.• Provide leadership and contribute to the Strategic Program Development.• Lead the development of new programs and services.• Identify, solicit and cultivate new target partners.• Negotiate terms of agreement to secure contracts/ Agreements/ MoU• Lead activation of secured partnerships.• Initiate and set goals for programs according to the strategic objectives of the organization.• Plan the programs from start to completion involving deadlines, milestones and processes.• Work in collaboration with all program and project managers involved to provide feedback and resolve complex problems.

• Develop and maintain a good working relationship with CURE International (CIIT) at the head office and in the states funded by miraclefeet/miraclefeet-India.• Manage receipt of reports, flagging when reports are not received on time and sending reminders to CIIT.• Analyze and review all quarterly and monthly reports received from Country Partner (CURE INDIA). • Analyze ICR (International Clubfoot Registry) data to report back to miraclefeet on quality. Generate reports as needed to support monitoring and evaluation of programs.• Conduct clinic visits to assess partner progress, identify gaps and opportunities for technical and organizational capacity strengthening. • Analyze program capacity to meet long-term goals, make recommendations to Cure India leadership to address weaknesses.• Prepare and submit project reports • Facilitate the flow of information between in-country implementing partner (CURE International) and miraclefeet headquarters to ensure relevant, results-oriented use of funds and responsible management.• Work closely with CIIT to develop customized proposals for each state program being funded by miraclefeet India and/or miraclefeet . • Work with CIIT to support implementation of pilot projects at a state level to test new initiatives and program enhancements.• Support national awareness-raising campaigns conducted in partnership with miraclefeet-India contacts.Finance and Administration• Provide financial oversight of the project grant.• Approve disbursement of funds, based on receipt of timely and accurate financial reports. • Assist fundraising team in India and the US in procurement of additional funds as needed.• Ensure the maintenance of all files, records and documents relating to miraclefeet activities within the project portfolio.• Manage request for information and/or site visits acting as a liaison between miraclefeet-India donors and Cure-India.

•Was responsible for supporting Mr. Kunal Premnarayen and the Director of Philanthropy(DOP) to meet miraclefeet India’s fundraising and awareness goals.•Worked in the development of the miraclefeet 80G. •Development and stewardship of relationships with all CSR coordinators, individual donors and retail mall partners. • Management and writing of all grant proposals including corporate, foundation and other national/international grant-making organizations and persuasively communicating miraclefeet India’s mission and programs to potential funders. • oversee recruitment, management and coordination of local and national volunteer network to raise awareness and funds for miraclefeet India.• Production and development of miraclefeet India marketing and awareness campaign materials. •Coordinating the development of a social media awareness campaign for miraclefeet India, which includes the development of a miraclefeet India website. •Develop a relationship with CURE International India trust and the miraclefeet supported clinics and Was responsible for capturing patient stories to share with miraclefeet in the United States and to have for archive and marketing material for miraclefeet India.
