Job Description• Preparation of job specifications and job scope for the development of contracts and assist in the evaluation of bids received, providing comments and recommendations as required. Coordinates and follow up on contracts and contractual obligations assigned to planning, including reviewing contractor's invoices.• Prepares management information reports related to all disciplines. Coordinates the preparation and updating of data on various aspects of maintenance performance and cost-related matters. Review the resources estimation, initiate and follow-up with management for necessary approvals.• Liaise between maintenance team and operations planning team. The role is to ensure the facilities in which they are assigned receive professional maintenance service in a timely manner. • Preparing execution plan and schedule of activities for the entire project using MS project.• Manage material purchase requests, Service Requests, Asset register, etc. in the Maximo(CMMS) system. • Review all planned work requests from the assigned areas and determine validity and accuracy of the information and engage the appropriate resources to set preliminary priority. • Maintain the fixed asset register, update all details in Maximo, and plan the Preventive Maintenance for the departments through Maximo. • Plan, strategize, and monitor all Plant Preventive & Predictive Maintenance activities through means of plant maintenance best practices and lessons learned. • Obtain and organize all information required for the crafts to perform the work: engineering drawings, vendor manual, supplemental instructional materials, etc.• Identifies and secures all parts and materials required to complete the work by providing the warehouse/ stores team a Bill of Materials (BOM) for the work order. •• Planning major overhauls, shutdown, and preparing overhaul/workshop forecasts for parts, special tools, manpower requirements, and the like.

Job Description• Liaising with clients, consultants, contractors, and external agencies for determining technical specifications, approvals, and statutory clearances.• Execution of various Mechanical and Piping Jobs based on approved drawings (Plan drawings, P&ID, isometric drawings, etc.).• Pressure testing and commissioning of different piping systems.• Ensuring strict adherence to necessary QHSE working procedures prior to commencement and during the execution of each activity at the site.• Participating in project review meetings for evaluating project progress & providing technical inputs to construction methodology.• Analyzing contractors’ terms and conditions for various risks such as ambiguities, conflicts, or deviations from the scope of work.• Monitoring various site activities/ work proceeds and suggesting to the Construction Manager for mitigating the risks involved.• Planning costs in coordination with the members of the design team for arriving at practical solutions and staying within the project budget.
