As the People Technology Leader at Global Soft Technologies, I have built a career at the intersection of technology and human capital management, specializing in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Workday HCM. With a Ph.D. in Information Security from the University of the Cumberlands, my research focused on Information Security Policy (ISP) compliance within flexible work environments, equipping me to design secure and scalable systems that balance innovation with user-centric design. I have led large-scale HR technology transformations across industries, integrating Workday HCM with third-party applications to streamline operations, enhance employee experiences, and align technology with strategic goals. Recognized as an IEEE Senior Member, I also serve as Chair of the Educational Activities Committee for IEEE Region 2, driving community professional development and educational initiatives.Beyond my professional work, I am committed to civil rights and social action as a member of the Human Relations Commission at Upper Gwynedd Township, where I advocate for inclusivity and equity.
