Being a Hotel Management graduate with an experience of 10+ years, I am playing a vital role in the front office department of my current hotel. My responsibilities include, handling all day today operations of front office across various departments such as guest relations, concierge, cashier, reception and reservations. My contributions towards the department entitled me for Best Employee of the Month award in October 2010.
