For over 10 years now, Groowup creates identities and digital products for companies that cherish function, design and digital growth. I've helped Groowup redefining their structure, organisation and business in order to increase revenue and smoothen the workload. This included a professionalised support program, new brand identity, improved sales / onboarding process and better knowledge of saleable skills.

From small studio to one of the big boys. At George&Harrison I focussed on creating an environment in which designers could flourish. By improving frameworks, structure, workload and culture, we managed to increase revenue and grow into a solid design studio, ready for more.

As a Creative Director I was responsible for Concept Innovation, Art Direction and Strategy. Mostly focussing on enhancing and stabilising the creative output. Thinking beyond the screen, Univate applies innovative ideas to interaction, video and spatial design. Worked for clients such as Unilever, Fiat, RTL, Thijs Biersteker, Amsterdam Light Festival and Heineken.
