Evaluated three business cases: (1) novel gas diffusion media for hydrogen fuel cells, (2) fluorine-free materials for electrochemical devices, and (3) an efficient method for producing affordable and green hydrogen.Among these, the third business case has become our primary focus. Due to its low Technology Readiness Level, we decided to continue its development during a PhD, where we are advancing this method to revolutionize green hydrogen production.Through these efforts, I successfully secured over €300,000 in funding and pilot projects, while also managing project execution and team building.
