I hereby serve my company by doing the following,I do control all the Administration relation towards the company by filling of all insurance – bordereau invoices, all A-Z accounted invoices as well as all our C.O.D invoices. I also take pride in assisting our branch with making of all GRV related invoices – A/P Invoices, I do also work with the banking by assisting the manager with the settlement at the bank also do I file all the paperwork of our float of banking by firstly checking if the speed point is the same as the settlement note also by checking the amount banked. I also handle with pride the stationary register where I at the branch keep control of all CCQ, Trip sheet, Q1 , Chip repair medic, order books exc. I also handle the E.O.D – end of day , all stock that came in as well as went out of the branch I also control the invoices on the end of day that needs to be loaded – which is called the rejection reports. I also handle the Branch on holds which is all bordereau invoices that has to be fax or email to Digicall for all payments. Here by I also handle all branch credit notes by filing them in a correct sequenced and there must be a valid reason for this invoice to be credited. Here by I also handle the Disputed of returning glass to our supplier stock adjustments. I also phone all Incomplete claims which give us the extra sale for the month. I do give great clientele and telecom service daily and I always keep the client in mined by putting him first.
