I am passionate about shaping a positive research culture at Warwick and beyond.In my role as Research Culture Manager, I develop and lead institutional initiatives to foster an inclusive, collaborative, and dynamic research environment, where Warwick researchers and research enablers can thrive. Research culture challenges span wider than individual institutions, which is why Warwick's National Centre for Research Culture has launched the Research Culture Enablers Network (RCEN).My aim as Lead of RCEN is to elevate the conversation on Research Culture and to co-create practical solutions with colleagues who have a professional stake in improving institutional research culture.I also manage the Interdisciplinary Research Spotlight Programme Team who work alongside our researchers to drive Warwick's Interdisciplinary Research Spotlight activity The Spotlights strengthen and showcase our research excellence in the themes of Behaviour, Sustainability, Health, Business & Manufacturing, Society & Culture and Digital.
