In Corporate Solutions we support organisations using properties as a support function for another core business. Offered services span over several areas such as Transaction advisory services, Real estate development and Tenant Representation. The general aim to supply tailor made solutions to the client’s needs and thereby visualize, optimise and realise their real estate values. Up until April 2012 I was responsible for the Transaction & Portfolio Management team in RBS Nordisk Renting, managing a portfolio of about SEK 20bn in the Nordic countries. During the 8 years at RBS main focus has been on handling the existing portfolio working with restructuring, additional investments / extensions, divestments etc. Aside from that I have also been responsible for the Nordic Real Estate Finance Portfolio as well as working as business originator for Nordisk Renting in Oslo. Before joining RBS I worked at McKinsey & Company for 2.5 years as analyst covering the Nordic banking and insurance sectors.
