Our outpatient pharmacy is located in Flevo Hospital Almere and aims to be a pharmaceutical knowledge centre for hospital discharge processes and outpatient medication safety. The pharmacists are responsible for achieving and maintaining that level.Main responsibilities: * Solely responsible for identifying and implementing practical research options, * Solely responsible for the assortment of the pharmacy,* Overall responsible for the "Kenniscarrousel" (a unique training program in practical, every-day skills for pharmacy assistants), * Partly responsible for the improvement and implementation of primary care processes, * Partly responsible for managing a team of 25 pharmacy assistants in a 24/7 pharmacy setting.
