 EMPLOYEES RELATIONS• Developing inter-personal relations by interacting with the employees through regular shop floor visits.• Proactively managing the strikes, labour unrest and other Industrial Relations issues at the plant level.• Acting as a facilitator between the Union and Management by conducting regular Union-Management Meetings to discuss and solve disputes in an amicable manner.• Driving employee engagement activities to enhance empowerment and involvement of employees in shop floor to maximize business result delivery.• Employee Satisfaction Survey for improving the quality of work life and motivation. • Grievance handling and timely redressal of grievances. DISCIPLINE MANAGEMENT & LEGAL MATTERS• Conducting Domestic Enquiries.• Issuing Charge sheet, Letter of explanation, Caution Letter etc.• To assist Company’s Advocate / Legal Retainer in Court cases.• To represent the company before the Labour authorities(Inspector of Factories, Labour Supritentend, DLC and others. ) STATUTORY COMPLIANCE• Renewal of Factory Licence under Factories Act 1948.• Annual Return under various acts (Factories Act, 1948, Payment of Wages Act, 1936, Maternity Benefit Act, 1961).• Annual Return under Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act- 1970.• Liaisoning with Government and Statutory bodies in the interest of Organization.• PF/Gratuity/ Pension Nomination matters / PF Withdrawal matters /Tayo Family Pension Scheme/ Employees Pension Scheme. CONTRACT LABOUR MANAGEMENT AND LABOUR WELFARE• Checking and Scrutinizing the PF, ESI Challan, Labour Licence and other Statutory Registers of Contractors.• Preparation and Issuance of Form V.• Issuance and renewal of Gate pass of Contract Labours on monthly basis.• Certifying and processing the bills of Contractors. ADMINISTRATION:• Managing Guest House, Transportation and Canteen services of the Company.• Working as Secretary of Amenities Committee.• Cert
