My primary responsibility is to oversee the strategic direction of the company and ensure the successful execution of our key initiatives in the short-term asset-backed loan industry. In this role, I am actively involved in various aspects of the business, including:Sourcing Deals:I continuously identify and evaluate potential loan opportunities, leveraging my extensive network and industry knowledge to source high-quality deals that align with our investment criteria and risk appetite.Fund Management:I play a pivotal role in managing funds for deal completion, ensuring the efficient allocation of capital and the optimization of returns for our investors. This involves conducting thorough due diligence, assessing risks, and structuring deals to maximize value while minimizing risk exposure.Client Relationship Management:I maintain strong relationships with our clients, brokers, and other stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact and providing personalized attention to ensure their needs are met. I work closely with clients to understand their financial objectives and develop tailored loan solutions that support their goals.Loan Portfolio Management:I am responsible for managing loans post-completion, monitoring the performance of our portfolio, and proactively addressing any issues that may impact loan performance. This includes working closely with borrowers to ensure timely repayments, as well as conducting regular portfolio reviews to identify opportunities for optimization and risk mitigation.My role allows me to leverage my expertise in the short-term asset-backed loan industry and my passion for delivering exceptional client service, contributing to the company's ongoing growth and success.
