-Manage quarterly compliance audits with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) by way of monitoring and tracking the execution process and ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.-Perform assessments of all in-scope systems, processes, and controls to verify they are designed appropriately and operating effectively to achieve 100% unqualified audit reports.-Validate correct audit scope, ensure proper responses are given timely, host audit calls, report audit status, and drive audit findings to mitigation or root cause analysis.-Create and maintain process documentation for the AT&T network services division supporting external customers.-Organizes teams to work on various audit types including SOC1, SOC2, SOX, TTCR, PCI, BCR, SCR, corporate audits ,and various customer reviews.

-Facilitate adherence to GRC program through writing security policies, procedures, performing audits, and documenting risks.-Assemble monthly team metrics to get the most pertinent audit results and compliance details out to the entire organization.-Support audits by coordinating audit requests, tracking requests for timeliness, providing clarification when necessary and posting responses for auditors to review.

-Perform courtesy reviews by reviewing processes, procedures, and proof of compliance; evaluating risk assessments, identifying problem areas, and ensuring RCAs are performed.-Review security policies and help to create security processes and desk procedures that aligned with requirements.

-Manage six security focals to ensure compliance on LAN teams in the southeastern United States. -Responsible for tracking issues and building security trend reports. Presenting to management the monthly compliance posture.

-Responsible for Primary LAN support for 3 commercial accounts.-LAN team security focal as of 3/02. Responsible for learning about security compliance and showing team what steps were needed to become compliant.

-Supervisor to 6 RAs, serving as a liaison between students, RAs, and school administrators for the residence hall.

-Enforced housing policies throughout my dorm while living among the residents.

-Assisted with helpdesk support for US Army Corps of Engineer employees.

-Learned about hub, switch, and router configurations while also assisting with software upgrades and keeping the nightly backup tapes securely stored.
