Translation and proofreading of documents in a range of different areas, mainly medical and technical. Interpreting parent/teacher meetings in kindergartens, schools and at the job centre and at GMP inspections to prevent misunderstandings and provide impartial translations of documents produced.

I mainly taught students on level 2, i.e. students with some formal education from their home country.

I was sole Danish translator and was in charge of everything from translation related jobs to maintaining translations memories, coordinating queries to our sister office in Minneapolis and supervising Danish interns. I was also in charge of a productivity project, the aim of which was to identify key areas with low productivity and implement changes to improve productivity.
