About Rikke Gram-Hansen

I'm a partner at the consultancy Nordiq Group, where I work as a senior project manager and consultant. I advise on strategic processes and urban development in Denmark and China with municipalities, utilities and property developers as my primary clients.With my interdisciplinary background in philosophy and urban studies, I'm skilled in working with people of different backgrounds and understandings, I motivate and inspire, and I am quick to see potential in people and projects.I'm deeply engaged in the climate crisis and how we achieve the necessary green transition - this is a topic I help several clients with on a strategic level, as well as project managing specific projects within energy, district heating and climate action.I'm also currently exploring my interest in the human habitat through the development of co-housing, providing answers to questions such as: how do we want to live? How do we create dwellings that suit our ideas of a good life and a strong sense of community and not just the standard real estate offerings? This is an underlying current to all my work - can we do this smarter and use digital tools and data to leap projects forward? As a special advisor for the City of Copenhagen, I led the development of the public-private innovation partnership Smart City Street Lab, which put the smart city vision in practice by actually implementing a smart city infrastructure in the heart of Copenhagen.
