About Rikke Koue Svane

15 years professional experience in the healthcare industry, managing and developing health insurance products and services. The last four years I have been the ‘voice of the customer’ responsible for drawing insights in order to understand customer needs and behaviours and using these to build innovative customer propositions and launching these in a variety of markets.Both my education and my career have been within a global and intercultural context, I speak several languages and have lived abroad (Germany, Costa Rica, Mexico) and travelled the world extensively.
