In this function, I was project or subproject leader in shorter (1 month) and long-term (up to 3 years) projects within development of new enzyme products and improvement of existing products for the feed industry. I was responsible for specific project assignments and in close collaboration with the Business Unit and Regulatory team, I contributed as a biochemical expert in product development, and participated in the registration and launch process.The following are some of the areas I worked with:- Coordination of activities between different functions, ensuring processes for efficient execution of tasks and projects, as well as reporting to the project group, Business Unit or steering community- Planning and coordinating project assignments, eg. storage and feed stability studies, and responsible for collecting, evaluating and reporting data to Business Unit or regulatory team- Optimization and validation of analytical methods to meet quality criteria and regulatory requirements for product authorization- Registration and handling of samples with special approval and focus on traceability- Delivery of data package, including documentation in relation to regulatory requirements, for use in launch of an already registered product in the US
