As a lawyer at Nature Energy and as part of European legal team, I provide legal counsel to all parts of the business on all legal matters and act as a sparring partner, particularly in contractual matters, drafting various Danish and foreign commercial agreements, including templates to the different markets, coordinating legal projects and advising on compliance and corporate governance. I handling my own cases and projects and collaborate closely with both Danish and international colleagues and partners, including foreign external lawyers and advisors, to find the best commercial and legal solutions from the projects starts and after the biogas plants are in operation.

As a lawyer at IDEAL Law Firm, I worked with general commercial law from both a national and international perspective, with a particular focus on (i) competition law, (ii) contract law, and (iii) employment law. I independently handled my own cases, and for a period of one year, I was seconded to one of our clients 1-2 times a week, where I managed all of their legal matters and affairs. This experience allowed me to combine legal solutions with the necessary commercial considerations. I have prepared and managed several merger notifications to the Danish competition authorities, foreign national competition authorities in close collaboration with local lawyers, and a merger notification to the European Commission. Therefore, I am accustomed to handling large, complex cases where every detail is important and maintaining ongoing contact and collaboration with both local lawyers and authorities.
