I have many years experience as a coach, speaker, and program facilitator for all phases of career development.LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT: I bring 11-years experience coaching and training leaders at all levels to grow and thrive in their roles. A speciality is working with leaders in hospitality and tribal resort/casinos; including a depth of experience in supporting the growth of tribal leaders. TRIBAL COMMUNITIES: While non-native myself, it has been my privilege to work with and support leaders and member from close to 50 American Indian tribes. TRAINING & FACILITATION: Teaching, small group facilitation, and training design are a joy. Specialized in accelerated learning approaches to quickly engage people in activity-based experiences they can apply in real life. COACH TRAINING: I train coaches and therapists in using the Nature's MAP model for clients experiencing a major journey with life transition, career reinvention, or other growth & healing. I also train and certify "Calling Coaches" to become trusted guides for people in finding their Soul's Calling and translating this into fulfilling work.SPEAKING: As a leading national expert and thought leader, I speak nationally on the topics of career calling, career renewal, and midlife reinvention.It's my experience that major career changes are, by their nature, times of deep personal growth. I call this the time "Between-Dreams" - an important period discovering passionate new clarity of purpose and direction. This can be a confusing and uncertain time for even the smartest, most successful, and most creative people. Navigating this discovery process and claiming our career calling leads to more aliveness, new freedom from old fears and doubts, certainty of purpose - and, ultimately, even greater success. Yet it's not a do-it-yourself project. We get stuck in our heads and, in the demands and pace of life, precious time goes by.
