I identified and solved complex recruiting problems that would impact the ability to meet and/or exceed the ever-changing hiring needs, which includes designing recruiting plans and strategies to appeal to top-tier candidates. I ensured that various hiring and staffing goals were met throughout the company, for both internal and external positions, by managing the full cycle recruiting process. When conducting interviews, I leveraged behavioral and value-based techniques to screen and vet candidates, while also providing on-the-spot feedback to both the candidate and the other hiring managers. To ensure that the right candidates are being selected, I met with representatives from other departments to receive feedback of how hires are performing in the new role and/or any adjustments that need to be made in criteria for hires. Lastly, to make sure that I reamined adaptable to the changes in hiring needs and demands, I continued to both conduct and attend trainings on a variety of subjects needed to strengthen skills and recruiting objectives.

As a performance coach, I managed, led, and encouraged a team of sales agents daily for multiple businesses to perform at their highest level while remaining compliant, well-trained and engaged on their calls. I designed and followed through with individual plans for each agent to ensure that they were able to accomplish their personal goals and achievements while also meeting and/or exceeding business goals and needs. I provided timely and professional coachings and guidance on their overall performance, which included dissecting the sales process, the level of effort that was providing, best practices and helping to overcome any obstacles on the phones. To encourage a positive culture and team morale, each agent was held accountable for their overall efforts and were rewarded heavily for consistent high performance.

While being a floor lead, I performed in a hybrid role, as a sales agent and a member of sales management, ensuring that sales goals were being met personally and for the business center. I continued to perform on a high level while taking inbound phone calls and converting customers with TeleCo services. I managed sales teams, ranging between 7 and 15 agents, and often would oversee the sales floor of over 50+ agents by providing personalized and impactful coachings, assisting and guiding while on live phone calls, conducting trainings and ensuring agents were meeting sales center goals while remaining compliant.

As an inside sales representative, in a high-volume sales environment, I used a consultative sales approach to establish an over-the-phone relationship with customers, helping build trust in both myself and the products/services that I was presenting. I attended a multitude of trainings, as well as coaching sessions to continuously improve my salesmanship skills. Lastly, in a forever-changing sales environment, I was able to practice adaptability and resilience which allowed me to remain in the top 20% of the business, earning the Master Sales Agent-Gold title.
