Tax Preparation and Filing - prepare and file tax returns for individuals and corporate entities - ensuring compliance with Federal and State tax lawsTax Planning - provide advice to clients helping them make informed financial decisions that minimize their tax liabilities + identify opportunities for tax deductions, credits, and incentivesClient Consultations - conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their financial situations, goals, and tax needs + provide guidance on complex tax-efficient strategiesIRS Representation / Tax Problem Resolution - help clients resolve tax-related problems such as back-taxes, penalties, and levies + represent clients in IRS audits, examinations, and appeal processes + negotiate with IRS agents on behalf of clients to resolve tax disputes- Member of the American Society of Tax Problem Solvers (ASTPS) + earned their title of Certified Tax Resolution Specialist (CTRS)

Responsible for providing case direction + completion of resolution of IRS tax debt for various client situations (IA, CNC, OIC, Lien Removal, Lien Subordination, etc).- Analyze client income + assets to suggest the best course of resolution depending on client goals/situation. - Requires knowledge of IRS programs + rules + processes regarding debt resolution. - Work closely with the Client Management team to provide resolution options/strategy/logic for individual clients. - Manage a team to review an avg of 200+ cases per month.
