- Recruitment front desk: Assisted the supervisor to smoothly promote the recruitment work, independently solved the problems of candidates in the recruitment process; tracked the basic situation of candidates after accepting position, the comprehensive job satisfaction of candidates reached 95%  - Recruitment back desk: Trained 200+ employees in the use of the position release approval system; reviewed 1000 + position release orders, and organized the orders into a database according to the industry classification to provide strategic reference for the company's next business direction; integrated the recruitment results of the dispatch department on a monthly basis, and assisted the supervisor to understand the performance of the employees
