He oversees the development and implementation of sales and marketing plans, policies, and programs to achieve American Specialty Health's clinical, fitness and virtual health revenue and growth objectives. With over 32 years of experience, Rik drives revenue growth and profitability by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, markets, and customers. Rik joined American Specialty Health in 2010 and has a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals and objectives. In 2019, Rik was awarded the company’s highest honor—The Chairman’s Pursuit of Excellence Award—for the impact of the Active&Fit Direct program sales results.Rik is highly customer-centric, results-oriented, and has the ability to adapt to changing market and business conditions.
