Architectural Expert for the Manado-Likupang Integrated Tourism Master Plan

Part of Consultant Team to provide Documents of Visioning Masterplan Manado-Likupang, Bangka-Belitung and Raja Ampat For The Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy Republic of Indonesia

As a Business Development Manager my duties included creating a system for the company to run properly. I created the organization structure, the control and reports system for projects including all the standards templates for the daily routine operation. It is also part of my job to review all contracts and agreements before submitted to the principal for final approval. Other responsibilities that was included in my job description is to draft a business plan for every new business opportunity arisen for the company, including a preliminary basic feasibility studies, capital expenditure calculation and a simple operation procedure if the company decided to venture into the business.

As a Project Manager, I had a vast responsibilities. the standard procedure included meeting and communicating with clients regarding their needs for the project, distribute and controlling the design process, compiling data for Bill of Quantity and Quotation drafting at the end of the design process. As the project started to move its phase to construction phase, my duties shifted to logistic and material control on site, budget control and human resources management which also includes coordination with subcontractors. The Project Manager literally responsible for a project from start to its completion.

As A project architect, my duties was to create a design concepts for projects, and presenting it to the clients to be revised as needed. and to control the design development phase which was done by junior architect and drafter. My responsibilities also included drafting a Bill of Quantity to be submitted to the Project Manager or Estimator and an on site supervision during the construction phase.

As a Junior Architect, my duties was to developed design created by the senior architect to be ready to be used as a construction documents, the task also includes minor revision to be consulted with the senior architect, a quality control for drawings drafted by drafters, detail drawing developments and 3D image production.

As a Drafter and 3D modeller, my day to day duties was to prepare all kind of drawing documents for the architects. Using CAD softwares such as AutoCAD and 3DsMax
