- Responsible for the overall Recruitment & Selection process and sourcing strategy relating to the fulfillment Service Request Form (SRF) projects from the client.- Responsible to sourcing and maintain potential Database Raw and Ready Stock mainly for primary competency of Programmer, Helpdesk, System Engineer, Project Manager, etc.- Conduct initial screening of Raw Stock, sortir and selecting incoming applications from advertising, reference Marketing Resources Program Officer and Channeling eksternal/internal reference.- Conduct the selection test and interview scheduling- Provide recommendations to the Division of Expert IT candidates in accordance with project requirements or SRF.- Providing Training Orientation Program for new hire employees and training delivery as needed- Responsible for IT training program (Bootcamp) on a regular basis

- Implement Recruitment process for fulfilling the Job Order from the user- Responsible for sourcing & planning strategy - Conducting the process of initial tests, including psychological test, interview and technical test- Scoring and making a simple psychological report according to the needs of clients (personal particular) and make final recommendations for the user to the candidates concerned.- Conducting the process of sourcing and selection of data for the fulfillment of Job Order as requested by the client / user.- Responsible for administrative functions of Recruitment division (cover letter, database Raw Stock and Ready Stock).- Providing Training Orientation Program for new hire employees and training delivery as needed

- Responsible for Psycho Health program, include as Tester in psychological test program, scoring the psychological test.- Explaining the results of (psychological) to the parents of participant students and make a reccomendation program
