As a Clinical Manager, I lead intraoperative neuromonitoring (IONM) teams that provide high-quality patient care and support to surgeons and operating room staff. I have a degree in Human Biology from Michigan State University and a strong background in clinical neurophysiology and neuroscience.In my current role, I manage the day-to-day operations of my teams, ensuring compliance with The Joint Commission standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. I also develop and implement team-specific goals and strategic plans that align with the organization's vision and mission. Through my efforts, I have achieved significant growth in clinical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as patient satisfaction, quality outcomes, and revenue generation. I am passionate about fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration among my teams and with our internal and external partners. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the table, having worked as a Surgical Neurophysiologist for more than four years before becoming a manager.
