Clinical Manager
Current- Manage the day-to-day operations of IONM teams, ensuring compliance with The Joint Commission standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.- Develop team-specific goals that aligned with the organization's vision and implement a strategic plan to achieve or exceed operational and financial targets.- Lead efforts to optimize team utilization, resulting in improved efficiency and cost savings.- Collaborate with other managers to enhance overall operational efficiency and streamline processes.- Implement initiatives that contributed to significant growth in clinical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal associates, physicians, operating room staff, and customers, resulting in continued business and new business growth.- Conduct IONM monitoring during Neurosurgery, Orthopedic, Vascular, ENT, and Urology cases, ensuring the highest level of patient safety and surgical success.
