At the PRI we work with the investment industry, from asset owner to investment managers and service providers, to get ESG criteria incorporated in policy and investment decision making. We support and assess close to 5,000 signatories across the globe on their responsible investment practices and help them operationalise ESG criteria. By providing thought leadership and practical guidance (for example, with case studies, due diligence questionnaires and action plans) we support those willing to improve their responsible investment activities.

Together with my co-founder I launched a social enterprise to mobilize capital for sustainable development.In cooperation with leading impact investors and financiers, like USAID, Proparco, FMO and Triodos, we try to unlock new investment opportunities in developing markets. Our initial focus is on major themes:financial inclusion, green finance, agrifinance and private sector development. Most successful project, so far, is our annual impact investment forum in Asia: AFIFORUM. Where over 650 delegates convene over responsible investments and sustainable finance.My tasks and activities include:● Strategy development and new activities;● Industry analysis and market assessments, to capture emerging trends and latest developments;● Program management for the largest impact investment conference in Asia, this includes content creation and speaker engagement;● Procurement management, like venue and supplier negotiations;● Account and relationship management with existing partners including development banks andleading impact investors, like responsAbility, Symbiotics, CDC, Finnfund and DEG;● Financial management of the company, including treasury tasks and fiscal oversight;● Develop outreach and communication plans to connect local financial industry across Asia andMENA region to the platforms.

In our work we create and deliver impactful programmes that empower women and girls to fulfil their rights and needs on:- Access to WASH (water, sanitation and hygiene)- Menstrual Hygiene- Maternal Health- Bodily Integrity- Climate Change adaptation and resilienceI build and maintain partnerships with corporate partners that support our programmes or with whom we co-create impact first programmes.In 2021 I worked on project like HER Film Festival, Walk for Water and in-sore campaign around World Toilet Day.

Organize and initiate events and trade missions that add value for all stakeholders in renewable energy, from investors to local governments and private sector.In our events and consultancy work we try to strengthen the business case for PV in emerging markets. We assist companies to connect with potential business partners and the necessary stakeholders to bring PV projects forward.I also lead consultancy projects for private companies that want in-depth analyses on new markets that offer business potential.Some of the projects I have managed include:- Solar Finance Solutions Southern Africa 2016: improving and dissecting the solution PV offers for corporate and industrial off-takers, especially focusing on self-generation and corporate PPAs;- Renewable Energy Trade Mission Iran 2016: I initiated and lead this mission into Iran covering wind, solar and geothermal energy projects. The delegation consisted of 40 international business executives;- El Futuro Solar Argentina 2018: the biggest PV conference in this emerging market. 260+ participants joined a 2 day conference with speakers and delegates from government, DFIs and private sector. Preceding the conference I organized a Regulatory and Finance workshop for international developers and IPPs and local financial institutions;- A range of consultancy assignments for (European) EPC and project development companies to assist them on new / potential markets to enter. Delivered projects include Philippines, Vietnam and Colombia.

Project Coordinator Nippon Express Working on a project-based contract.At this Japanese logistics company I work directly for the European Director Sales and the European Director Logistics. Main tasks:• Setting up and implementing Key Account Management program, to service our top-clients on a pan-European scale with cross-country sales teams.• Implementing Salesforce in Europe, this CRM system will open up possibilities to track and trace sales activities and align efforts. I also work on a comprehensive reporting tool to analyse the progress of our salespeople.• Expand the Process Management Centre, a new service towards our customers where Nippon goes from a 3PL logistics partner to a 4PL partner. Aim is to enhance our customers control over their supply chains.• Reviewing internal audit programme for ISO 14001 and assisting QHE-manager a.i. in consolidating quality and environmental management systems.• Make a business case for the large-scale usage of solar energy on our newest distribution centre at the Maasvlakte in the port of Rotterdam.• Support the European Director Sales and Logistics in meetings, compiling analysis and drafting strategic reports.

Started my own business in promoting and expanding sustainability and became a franchise partner with BAS Nederland. I help organisations to become energy-independent, to reduce their energy costs and to reduce their fossil fuel consumption.• Building and expanding my own client base.• Overseeing and managing energy savings and generations projects.• Building my own expert position In the field of energy savings and generation for the sectors health care, education and public real estate, through blogs, seminars and online posts.

Part-time werkzaam als project manager bij Stichting Maatschappij en Onderneming. Ik was verantwoordelijk voor:- Uitwerken van een 1000+ stakeholders enquête over de kansen en dreigingen voor Nederland in de toekomst.- Initiëren project over de kracht van de vrouw in de Nederlandse economie.- Starten van het onderzoeksproject De Duurzame Stad.- Benaderen van experts, academici en professionals voor het schrijven van blogs voor de smo-website.

Mijn eigen bedrijf gestart in vastgoedproducten en -diensten. Voor diverse klanten, zoals makelaars en vastgoedeigenaren, mat ik panden op en tekende ik digitale plattegronden. Daarnaast verzorgde ik digitale impressies van woningen voor gebruik op websites zoals funda.nl.
