I have worked as a Sales Agent in both Sonera Shops and Sonera Customer Service. My time at Sonera taught me the valuable grassroots-level lessons about customer service and sales. During my summer at the Customer Service in 2015 I acted as an unofficial mentor to the other summer employees, as I had previous experience working with the company.

I worked in Sonera Shop Hyvinkää as a sales and customer service representative.

As a museum assistant my duties included giving guided tours of the little city museum as well as taking care of it during opening hours. I also digitized photos for the archives.
