My name is Rik van Opstal and I am 23 years old. Currently I am in my third year of my Bachelor of Architecture and Construction studies at the Avans University of Applied Sciences. My main fields of study are Architecture, Construction, Management, Laws and Communication. I regard myself as an organized person who works according to schedules. I am also an eager learner looking forward to improve my overall building knowledge and skills. During my study I have worked in several team-based projects and therefore I have developed skills to work as part of a team, but I can also work independently if needed. When there are some setbacks, which can always occur, I am not afraid or scared to reach out for help as two know more than one and together it is easier to come up with a solution. I have good computer skills and master three languages. I have professional experience in the restaurant business, this part time job has taught me how to work in a team, work under pressure, and make quick decisions when needed.
