As a process owner I was responsible for :- analysing SPC (Statistical Process Control) data and, based on Cpk performance, introducing process improvements (Six Sigma)- taking the lead in either Crash Action Teams (CAT), in the case of calamities, or improvement teams. Teams worked according to the Ford 8D method- keeping up to date the process Failure Mode and Effect Analyse (FMEA) sheets for my processmaking changes to FMEAs and (co)writing qualification plans when introducing new tools or process steps- analysing and defining actions based on out-of-control situations and/or process capability (Cpk) problems- initiating and executing Plan Do Check Act (PDCA) loops in case of production yield lossApart from being a process owner I was also:- project leader automated control limit calculating and reporting, a project to be proud of because it has been used for more than 7 years now with good results, such as highlighting previously unnoticed process problems- Involved in maintaining and improving software used for Cpk calculations and lot release reports- responsible for maintaining and improving specific analysis software tools (trending software)- coaching shift technicians
