I have learned much about history, languages and cultures, and still enjoy learning more. However, I soon found out that what I enjoy even more, is sharing this knowledge with others. I like to provide an experience that people will remember for the rest of their lives.After growing up in a little village in the Netherlands, at 19 years old, I decided a more international setting would fit me better, and moved to Amsterdam, where I lived for 4 years, before making my next step to Rome, to pursue my love for culture and history. Ever since leaving high school, I have worked in hospitality, service and tourism, which greatly improved my skills in teamwork, language, service and communication.For the past four years, I have worked as a Bike Tour Leader for one of the largest bike tour operators in Rome, where for the past two years, I have also worked as a Shop Manager. This has given me the possibilities to develop the necessary qualities for working in an office, such as client interaction, digital communication and multitasking. I always put the client’s needs first, and believe in helping people until they are satisfied. I am an attentive, patient and ambitious person. In addition, I speak Dutch, English and Italian fluently.
