Answer incoming and outgoing calls to schedule maintenance and service jobs using Service Titan. Handle customer inquiries regarding their appointments, their account and invoices. Communicate daily with field technicians and service managers regarding estimates, time sensitive inquiries, appointment adjustments, etc. Review, send and book customer estimates. Send customers invoices and take card payments.

Assist customers in finding what they are looking for. Assist in helping customers to find their size as well as help them to a fitting room if needed. Explain the promotions to customers. Perform general upkeeping duties such as vacuuming, sweeping, and dusting. Opening and closing duties as well as preparing bank deposits. Shipping and receiving duties. Perform Cashier handling duties throughout the day, including signing customers up for the rewards program as well as signing them up for a credit card.

Assist customers to find their size shoes. Show customers different styles and how to care for the style of shoe. Customer service; returns, exchanges, order shoes for customers, and shipping/receiving. Open and close the store by counting each register, verifying returns done throughout the day, create a “chat sheet” for employees when opening. Perform general up keeping such as vacuuming, sweeping, cleaning up messes, take trash to assigned dumpsters, flip shoes to be in the correct order and return shoes that were misplaced to their correct size. Perform cashier handling duties throughout the day and sign customers up for rewards program.

Assist customers with questions and concerns regarding products. Assist customers to find items. Maintain product knowledge and upcoming sales. Assist customers to the fitting room. Perform general up keeping such as vacuuming, sweeping, return products to the correct places, organize bras, panties, and other clothing items by size and brand. Perform duties on the cash register, processed transactions, including cash, credit and debit purchases.
