Hello, I’m Rilee •••I come from a dedicated background involving the sport of figure skating for 17 years. Growing up, I was integrated in fitness centers, nutrition, and the art of intense sport training. Through out my figure skating career, I focused on the use of imagery linked to off-ice training, worked with professional coaches, and junior Olympic training. I am well known to Dartfish slow motion analysis software and how it enhances training. Figure skating has permitted me to immerse myself in a diverse background of people, most from different countries. Figure skating also promoted my love for biomechanics of the human body. I graduated from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan. Here I familiarized in subjects pertaining to VO2 max testing, stress tests, ACSM guidelines, nutrition, motor skill development, anatomy, and physiology. Nutritional/supplement testing and athletic training were also apart of my educational learning. Michigan State also familiarized me with a wide variety of cultured individuals who helped me learn other perspectives of life that I was not well versed in. Working with the sports teams also helped me learn the culture of professional sports/training. I have been educated on how to create personal exercise programs through ACSM guidelines as well as lab write-ups and constructing professional research. After graduating college I started a career in the chiropractic industry. Here I have been able to integrate all my knowledge in one position to help others feel amazing. I have studied the affects on natural healing through chiropractic care on the human body. Through the company Ideal Spine, I assist others in fitting for spinal hygiene devices to restructure the spine back to correction. On the daily I run a decompression table, cervical traction, electric stimulation therapy, and myofacial gun sessions. I have also familiarized myself with a cold laser machine helping those with minor tendon/ligament tears or other injuries. I specifically study the use of corrective care in chiropractic and how it relates to postural curves and angles. I promote chiropractic education and how imperative it is to integrate chiropractic healing into a wellness lifestyle. In my spare time I enjoy doing hot yoga, fat tire biking on the beaches, hanging out with my dog, going to the salt room, paddle boarding and kite surfing.
