Jr. Analyst, Sales Operations
Current• Create weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue, non-revenue, forecasting, product service line metrics and trend reports for North American Sales Team. Analyze complex data sets, derive metrics, and produce dashboard and slides for leadership decision making. Drive efficiency with expertise in Excel pivot tables.• Solved stakeholder challenges by developing forecasting process to improve collaboration and share insights between Sales and Finance teams.• Front-end management and maintenance of North American sales data in Salesforce Database. Liaise with back-end Salesforce Administration team.• Ensure data quality, create metrics and PowerPoint slides for Client Business Reviews, leveraging Alteryx software.• Create and deliver Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Reports directly to Top 3 clients, highlighting on-time delivery and pickupperformance metrics.• Review and execute Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) and Master Service Agreements (MSA) with oversight from the LegalDepartment. Collaborate with Quality and Quoting teams for completion of Requests for Proposal (RFP), Requests for Information(RFI), and Requests for Quoting (RFQ).• Manage all shipping and distribution discounts to ensure accurate billing and support sales reps in securing business.• Update and distribute account and territory changes to be uploaded into the appropriate systems.
