Director Of Operations
CurrentDirector of Operations is an entirely volunteer position. HOPE Clinic is a student-run free clinic that provides basic healthcare services and limited over-the-counter and prescription medications at no cost to primarily unhoused and economically disadvantaged community members. As Director of operations, I am responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinic operations and functions including managing volunteer schedules, paperwork, and clinic supplies as well as administrative functions including keeping clinic data and publishing an annual report. Additionally, I operate as Clinic Coordinator during clinic hours to manage clinic functions, train & orient new volunteers, manage health records/filing, and refer patients for follow-up care within the community.I also serve as a board member for the HOPE clinic, responsible for directing the overarching direction and mission of the clinic, managing funding/finances, and working to improve the impact, quality, and delivery of care.
