About Riley Busha
I am a Member Specialist at Verve a Credit Union looking to build my experience here. I have been with Verve for over two years learning the in's and outs of operating the credit union. I have recently stepped into the specialist role which entails communicating with members of the community to serve their financial needs such as account openings to helping them with their financial questions. I have been working towards my Associates Degree as a Business Analyst at Fox Valley Technical College. Outside of work, I enjoy being outside with my dog, hanging out with friends and family, and fishing at any pond or lake I can find. I also am a huge sports enthusiast with my favorite team being the Green Bay Packers. Bank TellerAt Verve a Credit Union, my official title is a Member Advocate. As a Member Advocate, I am able to do cash deposits and withdrawals. On top of that, I help members into their safe deposit boxes, print out cashiers checks, and do transfers between accounts. For tasks not listed in my job position, I can fix and total the coin machine, balance the vault at the end of the night, as well as scan work. One of the main priorities of here is communication. Communicating through a phone call, email, Microsoft Teams is one of the most important tasks in this job.
