Manage the operations, production and execution for a multi-team live service team in building and shipping platform features and content for three projects (Prize Kingdoms, Skyburn and INKPAY) across our two main verticals; INK Games and INKPAY App. Duties include:- Developing standardized operating procedures and communication plans - Assigning and tracking development and operational issues to completion- Managing the company’s communication structure- Balancing priorities across multiple teams- Collaborating with Executive Team to support our vision, mission and strategy; developing plans to achieve our goals in a timely manner - Recruiting and hiring- Investor relations- Managing a third-party PR firm- Supporting two different marketing campaigns across our games and INKPAY App- Project management - Inspiring, motivating and leading six direct reports through personal example, dedication and enthusiasm- Promoting a development culture of healthy accountability- Identifying and implementing best practices and process improvement efforts

Producer for a ~35-person development team on the game Prize Kingdoms.- Plan and manage sprints and releases (scheduling) - Create and maintain communication pipelines between different departments- Create, maintain, and improve various processes including feature approvals, spec approvals, etc.- Lead Daily SCRUM meetings- Manage and Maintain Jira- Production support for our Platform- Lead sprint/release retrospectives and postmortems- Assist in Live Ops planning
