As a Real Estate student at the University of Guelph, I am cultivating a strong foundation in business operations, financial management, and strategic leadership. My current role as Financial Officer at AI Business Automation has allowed me to develop key skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and process optimization, which are directly transferable to the real estate industry, particularly in property management, investment analysis, and real estate development.Alongside this, my experience as a Ski Instructor at Beaver Valley Ski Club has sharpened my ability to communicate effectively, build client relationships, and lead teams—skills that are invaluable in client interactions and negotiations. I have also gained insight into the importance of customer satisfaction and attention to detail through my roles as a Summer Student at the District Municipality of Muskoka and as a Boat Cleaner at Northern Lakes Marine, where I learned the significance of providing high-quality service and managing operational tasks.With a growing passion for real estate, I am eager to leverage my background in finance, customer service, and leadership to contribute to the real estate industry.
