As a pro shop attendant, I affectively promoted golf equipment and clothes by influencing customers to buy, ultimately increasing sales. Also, I addressed questions from members about merchandise to ensure a positive shopping experience and coordinated teams, raffles, and prizes for 5 club outings and tournaments to assist the flow of play. In addition, I cultivated relationships with repeat customers to strengthen the work environment, expand the number of transactions, and prompt future purchases.

As a shift leader, I supervised a range of 4 to 11 people each shift by assigning tasks and evaluating the quality of work to ensure an efficient work environment. In addition, I assembled and evaluated products in a fast-paced environment driven by the goal to best serve the customer. Furthermore, I coordinated 3 to 4 closing shifts a week by delegating 18 closing tasks, calculating expenditures and profits made that day, and evaluating when employees could leave for an organized opening shift.
