As a Customer Experience Associate III at Havenly, under the Interior Define brand, I provide supreme service and support to customers across multiple channels, such as phone, email, chat, and social media. I resolve customer problems, forward customer feedback, and create resolutions for operational bottlenecks, all of which culminates in higher customer satisfaction and smoother workflows. Collaboration with teams such as sales, logistics, and merchandising is also essential to day to day processes as well as refining CX processes. In addition to my work as a CX Associate, I work part-time as a Barista at Starbucks where I prepare and serve beverages and food, maintain a clean and safe environment, and foster a positive and friendly atmosphere. I graduated from Carthage College in 2019 with a BA in Management, where I learned how to plan, organize, lead, and control various projects and operations. I also developed my communication, problem-solving, and organization skills, which I apply in my current roles. I am passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of the organizations I work with.
